My Order Has Not Arrived 25 business Days After Shipment
Most postal deliveries will be received within 10-25 businesses ( not including weekends).
It is possible your package is delayed due to an unforeseen situation such as weather, public holidays, peak seasons).
Here are the steps how should we apply our policy to all postal deliveries:
Steps to follow:
1. Check whether the shipping address you indicated in My Orders is correct.
2. Contact or go to the local post office in charge of your area: State your name and your address. In some cases, the post office will need you to collect the package over there.
After step 1 and 2, if the package has not arrived then please contact us here.
3. Once we have confirmed all the details above, we will resolve it you after the delivery deadline has expired.
*Note: Customers who bought the insurance can get a free reshipment in the event of confirmed loss or damaged delivery.
