Why can I not find an item in my shopping bag?

If the product is out of stock on our site, it will be removed from your bag.

Please note our policy for the shopping bag below:

(1) Registered users: Shopping bag products will be removed by the system after 30 days.

(2) Non-registered users: Shopping bag content will be removed by the system after 12 days.

(3) Registered users can click the ‘Add to Favorites’ button to retain shopping bag contents for an unlimited amount of time.
