Why can I not enter my shipping address during the checkout?

Please note the following rules for your address format:

1. You can write a maximum of 35 characters in each line.

2. If your address is longer than 35 characters, please continue on Address Line 2.

3. For phone numbers the system is case sensitive, please only input numbers, without space or any other symbols such as ‘+’ or ‘-’ as these will not be accepted.
