How can I check my order status?

You can take the following steps to check your order status:

1. Log into your account with your registered e-mail address and check your order in ‘My Orders’.

2. If you placed the order via PayPal directly, check your PayPal account for your ‘Invoice ID’, this is your ZAFUL order number.

Note: If you have ordered through PayPal directly, you will receive an email with a password from ZAFUL. Please log into ZAFUL using your PayPal email address and the password will send to you.
