How can I cancel my order?

There are 2 possibilities:

1. Unpaid orders

If you haven't paid your order and wish to cancel, go to your account>>"My Orders". 

Please click this button ”Cancel”to cancel your order.

E.g: 

2. If you have paid:

Please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note that orders that are “dispatched“ or “shipped out” cannot be canceled.
