How can I change the items in my order?

Orders that meet the following conditions will cannot be modified:

1.  If you haven’t paid for your order:

You can cancel it in your account and place a new one with the items you want.

 

2.  If you have already paid for your order:

Please contact us as soon as possible,for orders which are ‘dispatched’ or ‘shipped’, we cannot edit/change the items anymore.
