What can I do if I don't receive my order after the estimated time of arrival?

Most postal deliveries will be received within 10-25 business days (not including weekends).


Your package may will been delayed due to an unforeseen situation (such as weather, public holidays, peak seasons).


Please follow the steps below to check your package:


1. Check whether the shipping address you indicated in ‘My Orders’ is correct.


2. Contact or go to your local post office: State your name and your address. In some cases, the post office will need you to collect the package in person for international deliveries.


After step 1 and 2, if the package has not arrived ,please contact us.


3. Once we have confirmed all the details above, we will resolve this issue for you after the delivery deadline expired.


*Note: Customers who bought insurance can get a free reshipment in the event of confirmed loss or damaged delivery.
