Why can I not find my order in my ZAFUL account?

You can find your order details (order number and it’s status) easily by the following steps:

1. Log in to your account with your registered e-mail address.

2. Please check your PayPal account to see if you placed the order via PayPal directly. If you did the ‘Invoice ID’ is your ZAFUL order number,this order information will not appear in your ZAFUL account. You can check by logging into ZAFUL using your PayPal e-mail address.
